Unwelcoming staff, parking struggles, and location issues made me decide to not return. However, the clean rooms, key card access, and pleasant staff were bright spots in an otherwise lackluster experience.

The young lady who checked me in is the best they have, and the lady in charge of the kitchen was nice. The young maintenance guy was very helpful and accommodating. However, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms were severely lacking, with issues like dirty sheets, broken toilet paper roller, and non-functional heating units.

The delivery service and the fridge in the room were awesome, and the bed was comfy - good for a quick stay. 🛌 They had a nice pool area to chill at and a gym if you're feeling active, which was cool. The breakfast options were pretty lacking though; just some boiled eggs, bananas, and messy cereal setup - not the best morning start, but it was otherwise decent! 🍳

Although some of the staff were terrible, I had a such great stay.

the bedroom and bathroom sizes were good, and the bathroom was sparkling clean. the breakfast spread was satisfying, including waffles, eggs, and coffee. the staff was friendly and helpful. the nearby bar, vibes, served amazing food just across the street.

We hopped on the AirTrain JFK so easily and got to explore the Queens Zoo and Resorts World Casino. The cable TV in our room kept us entertained after a long day of fun!
